Cyber Programs TIGER TEAM

Do you want to know CAP's future in cyber operations? So does national headquarters. In October 2015, the national cyber programs team briefed the CAP Board of Governors and proposed standing up a research team or "TIGER TEAM." This team's goal is to research how CAP can offer services to aid in securing our nation's critical cyber infrastructure. The team consists of:

  • Colonel Bruce Heinlein, NATCAP Commander and TIGER TEAM lead
  • Major Jacob Stauffer, National Cadet Cyber Programs Coordinator
  • Lieutenant Colonel William Sydow, National Cadet Cyber Programs Specialist
  • Major William Blatchley, National Cadet Cyber Programs Specialist
  • Major Nicolas McLarty, National Cadet Cyber Programs Specialist
  • Second Lieutenant Victoria McLaughlin, National Cadet Cyber Programs Specialist

The team concluded its research late 2016 and Colonel Heinlein presented his findings via email to the Board of Governors and CAP Commander. Read his official report along with the unoffical findings from the National Cadet Cyber Team below:
